2012-2013 Information
Do you want to be a part of one of the most spirited organizations on campus? Do you want to be a vital part of UNH sporting events? Become a member of the Beast of the East Pep Band!
You’ll be assigned to one of three bands: Blue, White, Silver
Each band is assigned to 1/3 of our games. You can get a sub from another band if you can't make an assigned game. Attending assigned games, volunteering at other games, and subbing for other bands earn you points toward post-season travel.
REHEARSALS:
- FIRST REHEARSAL: Monday, October 15th, 6:10-8:00 PM PCAC M226
- Rehearsals are required for all performing members
- Mondays 6:10 – 8:00 (sporadically first semester, regularly second semester)
- As we get further into second semester, there will be fewer rehearsals
- Home men's ice hockey games
- Home conference men's and women's basketball games
- Many home women's ice hockey games
- Games played at local arenas (such as Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester)
- Earn points toward travel for post-season games!
- If you are selected to travel, the trip is at no cost to you (even meals are covered)
- Band has traveled to Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Minnesota, California, etc.
Members are required to purchase a high-quality rugby shirt for $37 to wear with nice khakis for all performances. Order yours now!
